Our Double 00 Four Slide is exceptional for small intricate parts.  Whether it be medical, aerospace, industrial, appliance, automotive or other, this machine is critical for the manufacture of minuscule components.

Most companies do not have this gem of a machine. Our Eight Slides are a versatile ally when secondary operations are required.

Vertical four-slides can produce a wide range of small metal parts utilizing the press head and forming slides. The vertical four-slide can also utilize forming motions off the bottom shaft, and rear motions that move through the center of the forming area.

Having several V-83 Vertislides, our largest machine comes equipped with payoff reels, looping sensors, flattening mill, and metal conveyors to remove finished parts, as well as scrap materials, from the operational area of the machine. Two independent 30-ton press heads are available for cutting and punching prior to the strip being fed into the forming area.

Bruderer 30-ton Punch Press. The Bruderer press is a high speed machine, capable of up to 90,000 strokes per hour.
